Important Information for England Team Selection
There are two ways to be selected for the 2022 British & Irish Masters International Cross Country in Dublin on the 12th November.
A. Run the selection Race in Derby on the 15th October. Entry is via BMAF Opentrack. (Entry closes on 26 September )
M35 M40 M45 M50 (9.8km) Automatic selection for the first 4 from the team of 6
M55 M60 M65 M70 M75+ (6km) Automatic selection for the first 3 from the team of 4
W35 W40 W45 W50 W55 W60 W65 W70 W75+ (6km) Automatic selection for the first 3 from the
team of 4
B The remaining places of the teams and reserves for the each age categories will be selected based on the performance you submitted.
Regardless of A or B you choose, you have to submit the Application form attached in this notice and send it to Yuko Gordon, EMAC Cross Country Secretary by 10th October.
